Ford Request and Incidents Process

Request tickets are for security issues, problem analysis, and troubleshooting. Ford support personnel from Ford IT and Model E. are available to help with concepts and execution. Use Incidents if you are experiencing problems with connect via network or you notice that you can't get to the Ford JFrog Production login page.

Submitting an ServiceNow ticket

  • Use Application Request for:
    • Create a Project in JFrog
    • Add Security Group(s) / FIM Group(s) to JFrog.
    • Other "requests"
  • Use Steps below for any JFrog service issues

Steps

  1. Navigate to ServiceNow Incident Support.
  2. Fill out all the necessary field and click Submit.
    • Important: Make sure the "Configuration item" field is "56066 [JFA]::PROD"
    • Tips: start type in "jfa" to populate the Jfrog Application for your issue.
