Ford Request and Incidents Process

Request and incident tickets are used for different support scenarios:

  • Request tickets are for security issues, problem analysis, and troubleshooting. Ford IT and Model E support teams are available to assist with concepts and execution.
  • Incident tickets should be used if you experience network connectivity issues or cannot access the Ford JFrog Production login page.

Submitting an ServiceNow ticket

  • Use Application Request for:
    • Create a Project in JFrog
    • Add Security Group(s) / FIM Group(s) to JFrog.
    • Other access or configuration requests

For JFrog service issues, follow the steps below:

Steps:

  1. Navigate to ServiceNow Incident Support.

  2. Fill out all the necessary field and click Submit.

    • Important: Make sure the "Configuration item" field is "56066 [JFA]::PROD"
    • Tips: start type in "jfa" to populate the Jfrog Application for your issue.
